Eyelash Extensions

Each extension is applied one by one to one natural eyelash, the only exception is volume; then lighter lashes will be attached in multiples to one natural lash.


The adhesive used is cyanoacrylate; a medical grade adhesive. There is always a small chance of allergic reaction. Although this has only happened once in my experience, please contact me ASAP for a complete removal of extensions.


You naturally shed 2-4 eyelashes per eye, each day. This is why fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks.

You are required to follow proper aftercare in order to maintain the health of your own eyelashes as well as your extensions. This includes

  • oil free products around your eyes,
  • no mascara or false lashes, only liquid eyeliner if necessary,
  • no touching or pulling extensions,
  • wash extensions every 2-3 days with a mild, oil-free soap (baby shampoo at 1:20 ratio),
  • keep eyes dry for the first 24-48 hours; this includes sweating and steam

Hair Extensions 

Once hair has been purchased it is final sale. It is illegal in Canada for a salon to sell used hair. If the hair is not up to standards, please discuss with me within 10 days of purchase and I will contact the supplier.


A full head install can take up to 3 hours which you will be required to stay for the full duration.


To brush your extensions, use a loop brush (a wet hair brush may work) and avoid the scalp. Brush hair by starting at the ends and working your way up, while holding your hair in a pony tail using your hand.


It is best to sleep in a high or low pony tail, braid, or bun to avoid tangles.

Use a sulfate/silicone free shampoo to keep the bonds healthy. Although the extension is attached by a nano bead, the hair itself is in one strand using keratin.


Maintenance is needed every 8-14 weeks depending on the length and thickness of your natural hair.

The extensions can be toned using purple shampoo, however they are more porous so be diligent when colouring or toning extensions. It it not recommended to bleach them.


Always use a heat spray when styling your extensions. Avoid heat and products around the bond area.

The hair can be reused up to and past one year with proper care. If an extension falls out, keep it for your maintenance appointment.

Late and No Shows

Unfortunately, due to the cost of childcare and wait list of appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment with no notice then we will need to reschedule. In this case, you are required to pay 50% of your appointment fee before booking again. 


If this happens a second time then a deposit will be required prior to booking further appointments.

Guests

Due to the nature of you appointment, I please ask that you do not bring guests or children with you. If you cannot come alone then please discuss with me prior to booking.

Refunds

There are no refunds for services rendered. However, if a problem arises then we will discuss an outcome in greater detail that suites both of our needs.
